Covid 19 Iraq Emergency appeal partnership with Amar

We launched this appeal to help support the Yazidi families we are working with on our nails project, as well as many, many other families who needed help at the start of the pandemic in the IDP (internationally displaced persons) camps of Northern Iraq, in the Kurdistan region. Partnering with the AMAR Foundation, who provided help directly on the ground. Your funds helped provide for this emergency appeal partnership. All funds raised helped fight COVID19 in the Iraqi IDP camps we are both working with and in.  Mainly this was done by providing education about Covid-19. Education on sanitary practices with hand washing, providing hand gel and masks to help stop the spread of Covid-19 in the camps, where sanitation can be far from ideal. We were also able to help provide some medical equipment and training through your donations and our partnership with AMAR www.amarfoundation.org
